Hospitality is at our core
The Honingham Buck is a hidden Norfolk gem. A 17th century inn, beautifully restored & sitting in the heart of the picturesque village of Honingham, only a stone’s throw from Norwich city centre. A traditional beamed bar greets you, with a cosy snug, ideal for a small gathering. Moving through the pub there is an informal but elegant restaurant. Nestled in the old coach house are 8 beautifully converted bedrooms. Whilst outside is one of the prettiest pub gardens in the county, overlooked by a covered dining terrace. Our menu offers perfectly executed pub classics alongside fusions from around the world put together by our extremely talented kitchen team. Our bar offers a stunning range of local beers from our Brewery partner, Lacons, Situated 25 miles away on the Norfolk coastline in Great Yarnmouth.
Old school hospitality is our core value. All we want you to do is pull up, walk in and relax. We will do everything else. Recently won the ‘Muddy Stiletto’ Best Destination Pub of the year award for Norfolk.

Our big bro is situated just 10 minutes away. Located on the A140 just past Dunston Hall. Born a year before us and living within the walls of a stunning grade 2 listed old coaching inn, Sugarbeat is a bit more contemporary than its Sister whose character is much more traditional.
Capable of seating over 120 guests in a contemporary bright interior our big brother has three different dining areas, featuring seating booths and surroundings with a hint of an old-fashioned American diner about them, in addition there is a private function room capable of seating 30 guests with conference facilities.
Outside there is newly built outside bar and garden terrace seating a further 60 and finally a contemporary marquee seating up to 150 guests. It is a great space for all kinds of celebrations. Finally, if you need a great place to stay, he has four great value bedrooms also.
And at the heart of everything is our food, served all day from 9.00Am to 8.30pm. Delicious home cooked dishes featuring classic & modern dishes including an incredible breakfast menu & monthly changing specials.
