Any photographs of customers and staff will have been taken with written (in the form of posters) or verbal notice, and an option to opt out.
We have CCTV in operation throughout all public areas. There is a sign in the bar letting you know about this. We retain recordings for one month, after which they are automatically deleted. This is solely used for security reasons and is not shared with any other business. You have the right to request seeing CCTV of yourself should you need to.

How long we retain your data
For customers signing up to our newsletter, we store your personal information provided on a secure online mailing list. All subscribers have the option to unsubscribe via a newsletter and their personal information will be automatically removed from our mailing list. Alternatively you may contact us directly and we will remove your details. (Website administrators can also see and edit that information). We will keep you on our mailing list indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We have a GDPR policy to which we adhere both in-house and online. Any personal details kept are password protected or kept under lock and shredded once no longer needed. We don’t share your date with anyone apart from our booking systems.
